FREE US GROUND SHIPPING
We offer FREE Ground Shipping in the US Lower 48 States (excludes HI & AK) for $150+ orders, but you must enter the coupon code - FREESHIP - during checkout to receive free shipping on your hair system products.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We will ship your items via FedEx or USPS (aka EMS), depending on the weight of the items. For example, liquids will most likely ship via EMS as they are heavy and require special packing to minimize spillage.
The customer is responsible for all government/VAT/brokerage and shipping taxes imposed. Advent Hair will NOT reimburse these fees.
COUPONS
We frequently email coupon codes to our registered clients. To redeem a coupon, simply enter the coupon code during checkout. You can ONLY use one coupon code per purchase.
QUICK BUY (aka VIEW DETAILS)
When you move your mouse across a supply picture, the phrase "VIEW DETAILS" will appear. Click on it, and window will pop-up that allows you to quickly add an item to the cart and REMAIN on the same page. The hair system supply will be added to the MINI CART, located in the upper right corner of the page. This feature saves you a ton of time when shopping, as 99% of the web sites out there force you to select an item, add to cart, see the cart, continue shopping, etc. That's old technology!
GUARANTEE
Custom built and stock hair systems are guaranteed to match the specifications that the client requests. For example, the color, hair density, base size, material and hair wave will match what the client asks for.
Despite this guarantee, if the client still chooses to return the hair system within 10 days of receipt, our refund policy is as follows:
Custom units - we will either rebuild/repair the hair system or refund 50% of the purchase price
Stock units - we will refund 75% of the purchase price
NOTE: The hair system must be returned to us in its original condition within 10 days of receipt. If it has been combed, cut and/or washed, there will be no refund.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Any unopened supply items (excluding adhesives) may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price paid, LESS a 15% re-stocking fee. You are not reimbursed for the original shipping fee paid nor the shipping fees incurred to return the item(s) to us.
A stock unit returned within 10 days of receipt AND in an unused condition will be charged a 25% restock fee. After 10 days, you own it.
If you received free shipping, then the actual shipping costs we incurred shipping the items to you will also be deducted.
All adhesives are not returnable for sanitary reasons.
